Even if you're not sure you're having a heart attack, call 911 or the emergency number for your country.

They inflict the injury in the inside wall of the artery that result in atheroma, a benign tumor to which collagen, fibrin, elastin, other debris and calcium apatite adhere. They comprise a blockage in the artery.
Stress triggers the body to go into a mode of fight or flight that require extra energy. Energy production in the mitochondria of the cell accelerates that increases the amount of electrons escaping from the electron transfer chain of cytochrome system. Molecular oxygen snaps at an escaped electron and turns into a superoxide (Sharma, H., MD. 1993. Freedom from Disease, How to control free radicals, a major cause of aging and Disease) pages 65-67). “Constant stress generates a constant flow of free radicals” according to Hari Sharma, MD.
Stress-related chemicals like cortisol, catecholamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine “lead to the creation of leukotrienes and thromboxanes” that create free radicals.
“This chemical pathway systematically produces free radicals as toxic waste. Even worse, catecholamines themselves breakdown into free radicals, and some into free radical factories….” (Sharma, same source as above).
Risk factors only exacerbate the growing occlusion on the atheroma.
It is the free radicals and x-rays in cigarette smoke that cause heart disease and cancer, not the tar. Tobacco plant accumulates radioactive materials from the soil like lead 210 and polonium 210 that decay to lead 206 which is stable. These are found in the roots, stem, leaves and smoke. As they decay they generate free radicals and x-rays that trigger mutation in DNA and show as tumor or cancer. Voted up and useful.
